AP Chemistry Scoring Rigor and Cutoff Curves

How to Maximize Composite Points on Section 2 Free-Response
Because free-response questions are scored by human AP Readers using strict standardized rubrics, students can reliably predict their scores by targeting high-percentage points: securing the thesis point in the introduction, citing explicit textual or empirical evidence, and fully elaborating on the causal link or sophistication point.
